Typical Process Flow

A standard Golden Energix waste tire recycling line follows these main steps. The layout can be adjusted according to your space and budget.

Whole Tire → Heavy-duty Shredder → Steel Wire Separator → Rough Granulator → Fine Granulator → Fiber Separator → Classifier → Rubber Granules / Powder

Clean steel and fiber are collected separately for sale or further processing.
